Use this online form to request a response from the Community Music Center rental instrument staff. Rental instruments are made available to currently registered music participants of Portland Parks & Recreation programs by the non-profit CMC Inc.

For Community Music Center students in Fall Term, our schedule for instrument rentals is as follows (MAC and other PP&R sites will have different procedures):

- Week before fall term: piano, woodwinds, brass, adult sized strings. Office hours are 1 pm to 6 pm Tuesday - Friday; no appointment necessary.

- In the first lesson of the fall term: new private lesson string instruments (instructor sizes instrument to student in lesson) and youth violin class (in class)

- In the second week of the term: any string student needing a change in size of instrument (instructor sizes instrument to student in lesson)
